Amber was abandoned in a vacant building and apparently abused. She was rescued 4 years ago and we adopted her 3+ years ago. She only weighs 5 pounds and has no teeth which is why her tongue hangs out. She is now a healthy, happy little girl in her Loving Forever home.More
